When your customer's invoice is paid. You earn again each time they renew. Commission is confirmed after 30 days, so refunds can be taken into account. If an invoice is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.

No. Prices are set by Host Dada, so customers get the same price wherever they buy. Your commission is a share of what the customer pays.
